If you make a donation, register for an event, or sign up to receive our newsletter, for example, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information.
Visitor logs are used on this site for statistical purposes only. No attempt will be made to identify and obtain personal information about users.
The way we use information
If you provide personal information, we may enter that information into our database and contact you in order to:
- Complete voluntary surveys seeking feedback for quality and service improvement purposes
- Supply you with information, including HLP news, events, and services
- Request voluntary time or monetary contributions to HLP

HLP strives to keep donors informed about our work so that they can be sure of the importance of their donations in allowing our programs to continue. To this end, we send several mailings each year. Most HLP supporters want to receive all our mailings and newsletters. However, you may opt out of any mailings by contacting us with your request. You can access and review all your personally identifiable information as well as modify or correct that information by contacting us through any of the various means outlined below.
